 The global community is currently in the throes of rapid revolution, and in such an ever-changing environment, outmoded, obsolete methods of application must be replaced. We have entered a new era which is largely structured towards approaches related to the flow of information and communications and an intense approach towards the active participation of today's enlightened, knowledgeable and creative individual, hence, the development of specialized technical skills through the utilizing of existing optimal human resources, which is grossly neglected in traditional and non-dynamic organizations as opposed to robust, dynamic organizations.

Today's changing world requires creative managerial practices that are vital for corporate survival. Nowadays, all over the globe, governments are intensely pursuing creative and innovative methods in order to increase work efficiency ratings and create a dynamic milieu with a fundamental primary emphasis on originality, innovation, research, continuous training and economic improvement. In doing so and in order to create a better and brighter future for itself, each and every company must seek out the most efficient and stable means for acquiring the specialist knowledge it requires.

Current and future fundamental changes to the business world are of a fast and unpredictable nature. Such changes, will definitely affect the market structure on one hand, and the existing available technologies of business competitors on the other hand. As an economic entity, and in order to survive in such a competitive environment, we must define our business-oriented strategies to predict the trends of change and devise effective practices. We must establish clear strategies and guidelines in order to collaboratively attain our pinnacle of success.
